Step 1: Planning & Design

We start by turning your vision into a plan, beginning with a professional survey and sketching initial concepts, we refine your layout, finalize elevations. Then move onto construction drawings and architect-stamped plans, secure permits, and ensuring your dream aligns with a realistic budget.

  • Your Focus During This Phase: The layout and budget, sharing any wants/needs for accurate planning on both the design and budget.

Step 2: Site Preparation & Foundation

With the stamped set of drawings and approved permit, we prepare your property by demolishing existing structures, installing underground utilities, and completing groundwork like seawalls or patios that won’t be accessible later. Our team coordinates every detail of the downspout drains, gravel backfill, underground utilities, and site work to ensure the foundation will perform properly and for long term.

  • Your Focus During This Phase: Choose roofing and window colors to shape your home’s exterior.

Step 3: Structure
We then go vertical with the house. Framing,  install roofing, windows, and siding bringing your home’s shape to life. Electrical and plumbing plans are set, with a walkthrough to confirm lighting and fixture placements. This fast-moving phase prioritizes durability and precision for a flawless build.

  • Your Focus During This Phase: Select plumbing fixtures, appliances, and light fixture locations.

Step 4: MEP and Finishes
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and exterior elements like siding and stone are completed, followed by insulation, sheetrock, cabinets, tile, and paint. This detail-heavy phase blends new with old for remodels, ensuring a seamless, timeless look. Regular walkthroughs and project file access keep you informed as your home takes form. This is the most important and longest phase of the construction process. This is where the architectural details get really fine tuned and performed.

Step 5: Completion and Move-In
We install final fixtures—appliances, lighting, hardware—complete inspections, and handle punchlist fixes for a pristine finish. A final walkthrough ensures your home exceeds expectations, with support for move-in details like TV installs. We’re here until you’re settled, crafting a legacy home ready for a lifetime of use.

  • Your Focus During This Phase: Finalize shower doors and accessory selections, and let us perfect the punchlist.
